 | | What does training include? Our trainees learn: - To dress for success and to create the right customer perception.
- Expectations from the business and by the dealership.
- The ten steps to a sale and the importance of each step.
- The power of proper communication.
- Understand leasing and when to use it.
- Understand the used car guides and reference sources used by the customer through the internet and how to overcome them.
- How to protect themselves and the dealership with respect to the “Buyers Guide”, “Privacy Act” and “Form 8300”.
- How to build a high CSI and maintain it.
- How to grow a huge business through proper follow-up and prospecting.
- How to think “outside the box” to reap the rewards others won’t.
- How to interact with customers to produce maximum results.
- Customers can buy anywhere. The two factors playing a major role in the decision making are the dealership’s offering and the sales person’s relationship.
- Price is often insignificant when enough value is built into the product, the quality of the service by the dealership and the sales person.
- By utilizing our techniques they will produce more sales with higher gross profit and the least amount of effort.
- That they can build a career path, promote their growth and improve their lifestyle.
Our goal is to cultivate a productive, loyal employee that, with experience, can be groomed into a leadership position. It all starts with recruitment of the right people! The Recruitment and Training Process - A proven recruitment ad is placed in the local newspaper.
- Applicants are screened through our interview process. Those we determine unqualified for sales based on our experience, are eliminated from the process.
- Those invited will attend a three-day training class where they will get a good overview of the business through the customer’s eyes, the sales person, the manager and the dealer.
- They participate in role-playing and are tested at the end of the class.
- On the second day of training, managers will get the chance to interview and choose the candidates they desire to hire.
In many cases, we have more people than positions available. The ones not chosen can be placed at other locations. If the dealership’s need is for one or two people, there may be candidates available in our pool from a recent class. If this is the case, there is no need for an ad to be placed. |
