“IMAGINE” , “Your dreams could be reality!” “Don’t let anyone dictate you income or lifestyle” “If you can perceive it, You can achieve it” What can I expect from Professional Sales Masters, Inc.? We will provide you with the knowledge and technique to compete in today’s automotive market and to reap the rewards that accompany success.During the initial three day training period, you will be interviewed by managers for compatibility. You will then undergo a background test and drug test to determine eligibility. Once these steps are completed, you can expect to begin your sales career (normally the following week). You will then qualify for that dealership’s certification training and compensation programs. Professional Sales Masters will also assist you in finding a comparable sales position with another company should your employment terminate for reasons not considered criminal in nature. What can I expect from the dealership that employs me? You can expect the assistance of well-trained, experienced managers to coach you through the sales process and speak directly to your customer should you have communication or control problems. They understand you are new and will require closer monitoring for the first few weeks. Dealerships in general provide similar pay programs with different emphasis, some on commissions and some on bonuses, which are normally very generous. To be competitive, most offer similar benefit plans, including medical, dental, paid vacations and 401K programs, subject to determined waiting periods. Additionally, many manufacturers offer incentives to sales people once they are certified on their product. These are above and beyond the dealership’s compensation. What is expected from me? You will be responsible for working the scheduled hours for your designated shift and to occasionally fill in during special events when selling opportunities require more personnel to handle the heavy influx of customers. Most dealerships do not restrict sales people should they want to work beyond their schedule. You are expected to dress and act professionally and to always remember that even when off-shift you represent the dealership. The customer is the most important person in the dealership and you must do what is necessary to render assistance in a friendly manner. The sales approach you are taught by Professional Sales Masters is a very non-confrontational one that places you on the side of the customer. Your goal is to help the customer select the right vehicle for his/her needs and as a friend answer any questions that may arise. Your friendly relationship must continue past the sales transaction and into their ownership experience. Please complete the following application form online, print and fax back to us. |
